Tiger

Ginger the cat lives not very far from our house.

She is a very clever little animal.

Every day now for some time she comes to our garden.

At first we wondered what was so interesting in our garden.

One day we watched her from the kitchen window; she softly 

strolled along on her little paws, and looked around, before she jumped on to the garden fence, and

down she went, to the ditch which lies beneath the fence, there she must have found a mouse- nest.

Every time she returns from there she carried her prey. A mouse.
